gun first, then turret and then hull

the other hulls are worse (you may honestly be better off continuing to use the Crusader hull to grind money)

the turret is surprisingly survivable, has a good reload multiplier and great gun handling

the gun is a direct upgrade to the 75mm Type 3 (use the APHE shell)
