Idk if you can call this a medium if both the hull and turret are from heavy tanks, but the armor works well but the gun is not the best, you could easily make this better by using a 8.8 Ikonish ll.

Used the CTS randomizer to create a random tank and this was surprisingly not a bad combination of parts

T6 APHE Lobber
Turret fits the gap in the hull, it also has a good reload multiplier while giving up the turret traverse. This can be remedied by turning the hull.
