Terms of Service
Last updated: September 9, 2026
By using the CTSFD website, you agree to follow these rules. They're here to keep the community safe and enjoyable for everyone.
1.Your Information
When you sign in with Discord, we store your username, avatar, and email address in our database.
2.Your Privacy
We do not share your private information (like your email) with anyone.
3.Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. This follows Discord's age requirements and privacy laws.
4.Be Nice
Be respectful to other users. Don't spam, harass others, or post inappropriate content. Keep the community friendly and helpful.
5.No Harmful Activities
Do not do anything that harms, damages, disrupts, or interferes with this website, its users, or its systems. This includes any unauthorized access, malicious code, attacks, exploits, or abuse of the website in any form. Any harmful activity will result in an immediate and permanent ban. If you find a security issue, report it, don't exploit it.
6.Content You Post
You're responsible for what you upload (builds, suggestions, comments, etc.). Don't post content that breaks laws or violates others' rights.
7.Discord Bans Apply Here
If you are banned from our Discord server, you will also be banned from this website.
8.We Can Moderate
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users for any reason we see fit. This helps us keep the website safe and enjoyable for everyone.
9.Ratings, Reviews & Voting Must Be Genuine
Ratings, reviews, comments, and votes must reflect your own honest opinion. Don't post them to troll, harass, or make a joke out of the system. Don't use multiple accounts, bots, or coordinate with others to mass up-vote, down-vote, or review-bomb a part, build, or user. Don't post the same rating or comment repeatedly, or rate things you haven't actually used. Breaking this can get your rating and voting privileges restricted, your content removed, or your account warned or banned, even if each individual action looked harmless on its own.
10.Bad Ratings Can Be Actioned, Even Without Bad Intent
A rating doesn't have to be malicious to get removed, it just has to be unreliable. Two or more of these together are enough, whether the cause is anger, misunderstanding the thing being rated, or anything else: (1) far outside what everyone else rates it, (2) no explanation given, (3) explanation doesn't match the score, (4) explanation is factually wrong about how the thing works, (5) same behavior repeated across several similar items. We don't need proof of intent to remove the ratings involved, restrict rating/voting privileges, or both. A single harsh rating, even unexplained, is not enough on its own, this only applies to a pattern.
11.Changes to These Rules
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
12.No Guarantees
This website is provided"as-is." We try our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.
