Due to Trainboynia's participation in the DUVAD program they got access to the m247 Sergeant York turret and in 1984 after the US cancelled their orders for the m247 Trainboynia continued development with their own radar and fire control systems and in 1988 the R-58(40-2) entered service providing Trainboynia it's needed medium AA battery, Trainboynia later admitted it took till 1994 for all the issues to be ironed out
