Carclovan Lore
Carclova is a coastal nation in southern Europe governed by a Council of 13 elected officials. Before the war, its largest mechanical company, Cloven Industries exported machinery like automobiles components and machining tools. At the start of the WW2 ( known as the War of Steel to Carclovans), Carclova side with Germany, as it feared for its safety against Soviet Russia. Carclovan armor quickly upgraded and advanced, the leading minds at Cloven Industries coming up with new designs every month. This led to large scale warfare against the Allies aligned Trainboynia. However, as German brutality and war crimes became apparent, Carclova broke off ties with Germany and its allies and negotiated with America and Britain a ceasefire. However, this ceasefire did not include Russia, and the war continued on the eastern front. Carclova created a new faction known as the Soviet Opposed Nations (SON) with Spudland, and they are still fighting to this day.

But when was peace with Trainboynia signed due to Trainboynia fought on the Eastern front which was it's main front alongside the Western front post D-Day, and the Soviet saw Trainboynia as a valuable Ally hence why Trainboynia was given some of the latest Soviet armor and why during the neutral era of the Cold War Trainboynia was allowed to purchase freely from the Soviets due to friendly relations with both sides of the Cold War
The West saw this as a problem, so to counter this, they let Carclova and Spudland purchase NATO armor.
Yes, Trainboynian I actually had some closer ties to nato, especially with the US, but Britain absolutely not relations were still repairing after World War I
