(Yo, first of all I would like that whoever reads this gives their opinion on my idea of content in an update in the comments, also it’s probable that someone has already said this, however I don’t know who if they have.)

Okay, so the idea for the update is to bring a bunch of lower tier tanks (Like the Centurion, M60 and T55) into upper tiers by adding modernized versions of this tanks into the 7th, 8th and 9th tiers, maybe even the 10th tier OR just make cool variants of these tanks for around the same tiers they are in. I’m making this because I think using “weaker” tanks in higher tiers is really cool and also because of the inclusion of the Leopard 1a5 and it’s modernization the C2A1 Mexas. In the next part of this tier I will show ideas for these modernized old tanks and which tier I would find apropiate to find them in.

|-The Centurion tank:

The Centurion tank is found in CTS as the Centurion MK.III and Centurion AVRE hull and turret whit the 94mm 28 pounder cannon and the 165mm Hesh launcher respectively. the Centurion tank is already a really good tank in T6. So, some other variants of the Centurion tank that could be added to the game could be this:

-Olifant Mk. 2.-

An extremely modernized version of the Centurion used by the South African army, compared to the original Centurion whit upgraded armor, engine, armament and now whit Night vision/Thermal Imagers and FCS, if this tank was to be added it would probably be T8 for the hull and T9 or T10 for the turret depending on how strong is the add on armor of the turret. I think this would be a really interesting tank if it was to be added.

-Centurion Mk. 10.-

A Centurion Mk. 3 but whit slightly higher armor, an extra co

ax and NVDs. Not really that interesting, probably would be T7 both turret and hull. Just a boring tank, maybe the devs could make something interesting of this thing.

|-The M60 patton:

It’s the M60 patton, don’t think I need to explain that much about this thing, T7 hull, T8 turret, pretty good all rounder tank that is basicly good or decent at almost everything (Except speed). Also, the M60 has a gazillion variants, so i’m just gonna put the ones that I think are the coolest of them all.

-M60A2 Starship.-

Basicly the M60 patton but if it had a really weird turret which put the crew partially inside the hull, which gave it a lot more survivability, also it used a 152mm cannon (I think it was the one that the sheridan used) instead of the 105mm M68, which gave it a longer reload BUT a lot of firepower. I think this could be some sort of variant for the M60A3 turret that could be obtained by getting a lot of kills whit that turret and it could either be T8 or T9.

-Pereh Missile Launcher-

M60 whit an extremely big forehead that is actually not an M60, not even a proper tank but a Missile launcher whit a dummy gun to make the enemy think it’s a tank, but no, it’s actually a missile launcher, and the thing has a gazillion Spike missiles ready to throw at you. This thing would be, kinda of a hell to balance in my opinion, however it would be pretty funny. Also, I think it should be a ful hull/turret/gun setup so that if anyone wants to use it, they have to put up whit the M60s naturally bad speed and outdated armor, for balancing reasons, or the devs could just make it a turret and not make a hull at all. I think it should be either T10 or T11, maybe even T12.

-The Magach series (Israeli M48/M60s)-

The Magach tank is actually a really big series of tanks modified and adapted to Israeli army needs from the M48 and M60 american tanks, the early magachs are really…Boring. However, the later more newer Magachs are really interesting, if the Magach in any form we’re to be added I think the Magach 7 would be the most interesting option. For the tier? I genuenly don’t know, maybe T9 or T10, I don’t know how much composite this thing has.

|-The T55 and The T62

The T55 in T8 is a pretty decent tank that is just really fun to use, if you’re reading this I genuenly recommend you use the T55AM-1 turret whit either the T62BVMP or Type 99 hulls. Never buy the T62BVMP, it’s so mid…But, either way, the T55 and T62 don’t really have a lot of interesting modernizations, however there are 2 interesting modernizations made in Eastern europe.

-M55s-

A slovenian modernization of the T55 tank. It’s interesting in the way that it has modern ERA addon armor and (Whit my knowledge) it also has upgraded and updated FCS, Ballistics and Gunnery. This tank is pretty cute, I like it, however I have to admit that it’s not really that good. It would probably be either T8 or T9.

-T-62AGM-

A modernized T62 made by Ukraine and as far as I know, it was meant to both reinforce the tank force for the Ruso-Ukranian war and also meant to be exported to countries that can’t really afford anything else. First of all, the thing has a 125mm 2A46M cannon, which is kinda crazy for such a tank, which probably also implies that they updated the FCS and gunnery in the tank, and also it’s probable that they also upgraded the interior and engine of the thing. I think the turret should probably be T9 and the hull should be either T8 or T9.

|-Weird but interesting modernization concepts I found, mostly fictional-|

-Kpz-70/Mbt-70 but modernized-

Basicly the failled Kpz-70 main battle tank concept but if it actually succeded and then got a modernization package, I think it would probably have the same sights, FCS, gunnery, NVDs and Thermal imagers as the Abrams or the Leopard 2 and whit similar armor to these two, however due to the thing having no armor I don’t think it would be as tanky as a Leopard or an Abrams, but I still think it would have some of the more modern armor these two have. It would either be T9 or T10 and I think it should be unlocked by getting kills whit the Kpz-70 on T8. (Don’t know who or what made this model)

-T-72 VITÉZ-

This thing is pretty cool, I found it while researching for this post. This is the T-72 VITÉZ, a modernization made by a guy named BrandsteinJuda on reddit, a modification of the T72M1 tank for the hungarian army fitted whit a completly new turret made whit a lot of German stuff found in the Leopard 2, the L/55 120mm cannon and a bunch of add on armor for the hull, obviously whit a new engine. This tank would probably, if added, be put into T11 or T12.
