The Quack or AMX 40 Cruiser Tank, as its known in real life was a French ww2 cruiser tank project intended to replace the Somua S35, but soon got cancelled due to the fall of France, with no tanks ever being produced. This like many other tanks developed around the time used the Christie-Suspension, which meant, among other things, that it could drive without tracks. Blueprints also showed an potential anti air machine gun.

Despite the turret in game also being called Quack, it’s not the actual turret of this hull. The hull we have in game is the AMX 40 but the turret is from the Renault G1R project. This fuze between the turret and the hull was made by World Of Tanks. The real turret V
