Description
The Finnisher can still kill about anything at Tier 4. The reload is alright (14.07s). Most people at Tier 4 either have no clue how to pen you or just dont have the pen for it. The speed is also not terrible at 34 km/h.

This thing was invincible until they added the 8,8cm Ikonish to tier 4. Spam HE and use side guns against lightweight rats. Just watch out for the Ikonish and good players using the 85mm ZIS
