Not bad actually. You have a really good cannon for tier 11 (since its downtiered so its obviously good) which makes up for the lack of mobility and protection. Even better if you find a hull down spot where you have the full advantage. The lack of armour is noticeable so you still gotta play defensively and you should do fine. 6/10 for me
